You have heard the word, and seen it used in a variety of ways but are not 100% sure what it is. I offer a 3- session program which introduces you to mindfulness. Both the science behind it and the value it can bring to your life. Most importantly how to practice it in a way that works for you so you can get the benefit. Mindfulness is an amazing way of life but for most of us it can be a tool in our toolbox to help slow down our busy lives. It can help refocus yourself so that you feel calmer with more clarity. Like many great things, it is simple to do but can be hard to implement. By working with me one on one we set aside the time to learn, understand and answer any questions you may have and create something that will work for you.
